Terms and Conditions
This agreement sets out the terms on which you order custom writing, editing and proofreading help from EssayWriting.pro. It covers what we deliver, what we need from you, and how payment, deadlines, revisions, refunds and disputes are handled.
1. Who we are
EssayWriting.pro is operated by PVexperts (“the Company”, “we”, “us”). EssayWriting.pro is the name of the service. “You” means the person who uses it or places an order, and by placing an order you accept these terms.
Questions about them go to [email protected].
2. What we provide
Freelance writers carry out custom academic writing, editing, proofreading and related work to your instructions, and we deliver the result electronically. What you receive is a model paper, meant as a reference for your own research and study.
How you use it is your decision. Following your institution’s rules is your responsibility, and our academic integrity page explains how a model paper can be used honestly. We are not responsible for your grades or for what is done with the work after delivery.
The work is delivered “as is”, within the revision and refund terms below.
3. Your account
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in the place where you live.
One person, one account. Keep the contact details in it accurate. A working email address and a phone number are required, so we can reach you quickly when a question about your order cannot wait.
Keep your login details private. You are responsible for everything done under your account.
4. Placing an order
Give clear and complete instructions. Your writer follows them, and every later revision is measured against them.
You choose the paper type, academic level and deadline. If any of these is wrong, tell support at once. The writer works to the academic level set on the order at the moment they are assigned.
Once a writer is assigned, a change that goes beyond your original instructions counts as editing. Editing is a paid extra, not a free revision.
We may refuse an order, or ask you to resubmit it, when the options chosen do not match the task described, such as a dissertation chapter placed as a one-page essay. Correcting the details may change the price.
Writers see your instructions and files but not your contact details, so leave personal and payment information out of both.
5. Sources and materials
If the paper must draw on particular sources, the writer needs them early. Send your instructions and every source you want used within the window that matches your deadline.
| Your deadline | Send instructions and sources within |
|---|---|
| 48 hours to 10 days | the first 8 hours |
| 12 to 24 hours | the first hour |
| Under 12 hours | the first 20 minutes |
Materials that arrive later may move your deadline.
6. Messages, drafts and writers
The messaging system in your account is the official channel for each order. Check it often. Support and your writer post their questions there, and an unanswered question can hold up the work.
We may also email you. If you have given us a phone number or a messaging app contact, we may reach you there as well.
You can ask to see a draft before the deadline. On deadlines of 3 to 48 hours we cannot promise one.
You can also request a preferred writer. We may decline for reasons of quality or reliability, and we will tell you why. If you insist on that writer anyway, we are not responsible for the quality of their work or for late delivery on that order.
7. Order status
Your account shows how far each order has progressed, whether it is waiting for payment, in progress, completed, back for revision, on hold or canceled. The wording of these labels may change over time. If an order goes on hold, check your messages or ask support what is needed to restart it.
8. Prices and payment
We start work only once an order is paid in full.
Prices are the ones shown on the website when you place the order, and current rates are on the prices page. We may change prices for future orders. Prices do not include any fees your own bank charges, such as currency-conversion or international transaction fees.
Sometimes an order needs an extra payment, for a longer paper, a higher academic level or a shorter deadline. When support asks for one, pay it promptly. Until it arrives the order may be delayed, and that delay does not entitle you to compensation.
9. Card payments and discount codes
Third-party payment processors handle every card payment, and we never see your full card number. Depending on the order, your payment may be processed by one of several billing companies.
The name on your card statement may therefore differ from EssayWriting.pro. If a payment fails with one processor, we may offer you another. Card payments go through 3-D Secure or your bank’s equivalent check.
Enter a discount code before you pay, because a code cannot be added to an order that is already paid. Codes cannot be combined with each other or with other offers unless the offer says so.
You are responsible for the security of your own card and account. Using someone else’s card without permission is a crime, and we report it.
10. Payment checks
To prevent fraud, we may ask you to verify a payment, for example with a screenshot of our charge in your online banking. You may hide your other transactions. Whatever you send is used only for the check and deleted once it is complete.
If a check holds up the work, the order gets a new deadline once the check is done. We may cancel an order if we suspect fraud or if you do not cooperate.
11. Delivery
The deadline you choose is the target for the first delivery, and we work to meet it. If we expect a delay, we tell you before the deadline passes, and you can object in writing. A delay you accept at that point does not entitle you to compensation.
Finished work is uploaded to your account, and we may email it to you as well. If you do not download it, that is not a reason for a refund.
Deadlines apply to the first delivery. A revision has its own timing and does not make the original order late.
12. Free revisions
We correct, at no charge, anything in the work that misses the instructions you gave when you ordered. Ask within 14 days of the first delivery. For dissertations, theses, research proposals, thesis proposals, dissertation chapters and other large assignments, the window is 30 days.
A free revision stays within your original instructions. A new requirement, such as a different topic or sources you did not list when you ordered, counts as paid editing or as a new order. Revisions requested after the window closes are paid.
Our quality team may decline or limit revision requests that change the original requirements or amount to abuse.
13. Originality and plagiarism reports
Every paper is written for the order it belongs to. Freelance work is checked before delivery, but small incidental matches with other texts can still occur.
A plagiarism report is an optional paid add-on. You get one report per order, not one per revision.
Editing, proofreading and formatting are done on text you supply, so we cannot guarantee that text is free of plagiarism.
14. Cancellations and refunds
Send every cancellation or refund request in writing, through the messages in your account or by email to [email protected]. What you can get back depends on how far the order has gone.
| Situation | What you can get back |
|---|---|
| No writer has been assigned yet | A full refund |
| A writer is working on the order | Up to 60% of the price as a refund or store credit, depending on the time elapsed and the urgency |
| The order is on hold and the writer has not finished | Up to 60% as a refund or store credit, depending on how much of the work is done |
| You edit the order before completion and the price drops | Store credit of up to 50% of the difference, depending on the change |
| The order is late and you agree to a new deadline | The price is recalculated to the nearest deadline option, and the difference, up to 20% of the order total, is refunded or added as store credit |
| You downloaded a late order and asked for a lateness refund afterwards | Store credit only, up to 20% of the price |
A complaint about quality must reach us within 72 hours of delivery and give specific reasons and examples. Our quality team reviews it and may ask you for more evidence.
No refund is due in these cases.
- You cancel an order after it is completed.
- You ask for a refund more than 72 hours after completion.
- Your quality complaint gives no specific reasons or examples.
- The order was late because materials you had to send were missing, or because we could not reach you.
If you receive a full refund after the work was delivered, or the payment is reversed, the rights in that work stay with us and you may not use it. Our guarantees page sums up what we promise and what we do not.
15. Store credit
Credit we add to your account as compensation cannot be refunded to your card. You can put it toward a future order, and any credit still unused 365 days after the day it was added expires.
16. Your rights in the work
Once your order is paid in full, you may use what we deliver for your own study and research. We do not publish it, and we do not resell it.
17. Emails from us
Besides emails about your orders, we may send promotional emails about offers and discounts. You can unsubscribe from the promotional ones at any time, using the link in any of them.
18. Your personal data
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data and what rights you have over it. Card details are processed by the payment processors described in section 9, not by us.
19. Complaints and disputes
If something goes wrong, tell support first, in writing, within 30 days of the problem. Include the details and any evidence you have. We acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and give you a decision within 30 days of receiving it.
If we cannot settle the matter directly, we may propose mediation by a neutral third party. Our Dispute Policy sets out the full procedure. A refund request about quality still has to arrive within 72 hours of delivery, as section 14 says.
20. Limits on our liability
The most we can owe you for an order is the amount you paid for it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as a lower grade, a missed admission or lost time.
21. Our other websites
Your payment may be taken, and your order and account serviced, through other websites and payment pages that the Company operates. These terms apply to your order wherever it is serviced, and your login works on those sites too.
22. Changes to these terms
Any new version of this agreement is published here, with a new “last updated” date at the foot of the page. It applies to orders placed after that date.
23. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the Company is registered, and the courts of competent jurisdiction there hear any claim under them.
If you use the service from a country outside the markets it is intended for, you do so on your own initiative and must follow the law where you are.
24. The rest of the agreement
If we let one breach of these terms pass, that does not waive any later breach. If any clause is found invalid, the others still apply. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any policy they link to, are the entire agreement between you and us.
