Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data EssayWriting.pro collects when you visit the site or place an order, what we use it for and who else receives it. It also lists the cookies the site sets, how long we keep your data and how you can use your rights over it.
1. Who we are
EssayWriting.pro is operated by PVexperts (“the Company”, “we”, “us”), which decides how your personal data is used and is responsible for it as the controller. Send any question or request about your data to [email protected].
This policy works alongside our Terms and Conditions.
2. What you give us
Creating an account or placing an order means giving us your email address, together with the name, phone number and country the order form asks for. The time zone in your profile is up to you.
Each order adds its own data. That means the instructions, the files you upload, your messages with support and with your writer, your order history, and any ratings or feedback you leave.
The order form sends your email address to our servers as soon as you enter it, before you place the order. If you leave without ordering, the address is still kept for up to 45 days, and our usage records note only its domain.
Messages you send us by email or on WhatsApp reach our support team together with your email address or phone number.
3. Payment details
Card payments go through third-party payment processors. We never receive or store your full card number. What reaches us is the payment status and a few limited details, such as the last digits of the card, the country that issued it and the processor’s fraud signals.
If we ask you to verify a payment, for example with a screenshot of our charge in your online banking, what you send is used only for that check and deleted afterwards.
4. What we record automatically
Each request your browser makes to the site is logged with your IP address and the country it indicates, your browser and device type, the page requested and the page that referred you.
The order form, the price calculator and your account also keep usage records of what happens in them, such as a price being calculated, an order being placed or a payment going through. These records carry a random browser ID and, once you sign in, your customer number. They stay on our own systems.
5. Cookies and browser storage
The site sets four cookies of its own.

Your browser also keeps a few settings for the site in its local storage, such as the currency you chose and whether you have closed the cookie notice with OK.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The order form and your account need es_sid to work. The other three are not needed for the site to function.
6. Why we use your data
Each use rests on a legal basis under the GDPR.

You can stop promotional emails at any time, with the unsubscribe link each one carries or the newsletter setting in your account.
7. What writers see
The instructions and files you attach to an order are visible to your writer. Your name, email address, phone number and payment details never are. Anything you write into the instructions or put in a file can be read by the writer, so keep personal details out of them.
8. Who else receives your data
Personal data goes to the following recipients, each for its own part of the service.
- Payment processors and banks, to take and check payments.
- Hosting, security and content delivery providers, including the service that supplies the site’s fonts.
- Email delivery providers, which send our emails.
- WhatsApp, for conversations you start there.
- Professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it.
- Other websites and services operated by the Company, where they handle your payments, orders or account.
We do not sell personal data.
9. Transfers outside your country
Some of these providers process data outside your country and outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on safeguards like the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
10. How long we keep data
Each kind of record has its own limit.
- Account and order records are kept while your account is in use, then only as long as disputes, accounting and legal obligations require, and never longer than 10 years after your last use of the service.
- Payment verification material is deleted once the check is complete.
- An email address typed into the order form without an order is kept for up to 45 days.
- Usage records of visits and of how the order form is used are kept for up to 13 months.
- Data used for promotional emails is kept until you unsubscribe.
A verified deletion request is completed within 14 days, except for records the law requires us to keep.
11. Your rights
The EU and UK GDPR give you the following rights over your personal data.
- Access to the data we hold about you, with a copy.
- Correction of anything inaccurate.
- Deletion.
- Restriction of how we use it.
- Portability, meaning a copy in a format another service can use.
- Objection to how we use it, including for direct marketing.
- Withdrawal of your consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
- A complaint to a data protection authority, such as the one where you live or work.
To use any of them, email [email protected] from the address on your account. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, and we answer within one month. Your phone number, country and time zone you can correct yourself in your account.
12. California residents
We do not sell personal information. If you live in California, you can ask what personal information we hold about you and ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] with “California Privacy Request” in the subject line.
13. Children
The service is not directed at anyone under 16. If we learn that we hold data belonging to a child, we delete it.
14. Security
Every page of the site is served over HTTPS. Access to personal data is restricted to the staff who need it for their work, and card data stays with the payment processors.
No system is perfectly secure. Keep your password private, and if you suspect that someone has misused your account, tell support at once.
15. Changes to this policy
Any update to this policy appears on this page, and the “last updated” date at the foot changes with it.
